How to use A&B Avatar Studio AI
No experience needed. Follow the six steps below and you'll have a finished, posted video. Everything else on this page is only there when something looks off.
1. Write what the video should say
Go to the Studio tab and type your idea in plain words — one or two sentences is enough. Example: “30 second tip on why protein matters for fat loss, upbeat, ends with 'DM me PLAN'.” The app writes the full script for you.
2. Pick the shape and the engine
Reel, Story and Feed are tall videos for phones. Landscape is the wide one for YouTube or a website. For the engine, start with HeyGen (avatar talking) — or HeyGen Video Agent if you want the avatar mixed with cinematic shots automatically.
3. Choose your avatar
Tap a face in the avatar grid. Each one already has the right voice attached, so there is nothing else to set.
4. Press Generate and wait
The status pill shows Queued, then Processing, then Ready — usually 2 to 6 minutes. You can leave the page; the video keeps rendering.
5. Find it in the Library
Every finished video is saved automatically in the Library tab, so the link never expires. From there you can play it, download it, or send it on.
6. Post it or schedule it
In the Library press Schedule, pick the Facebook Page or Instagram account, choose a date and time, and it posts itself. Connect the accounts once under Connections.
